These Terms govern your access to and use of the Ecommerce Image Editing service ("Service"). If you ("you") agree to these Terms, and wish to use the Service, please click on the "Sign Up" button. This will constitute a binding agreement between you and Ecommerce Image Editing Your access to and use of the Service are expressly conditioned on your compliance with these Terms. To decline acceptance, click the "Cancel" button. Note that any violation of these Terms may result in termination of our Service to you.
Ecommerce Image Editing reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. Please refer to this site periodically for any changes. By continuing to access or use the Service after Ecommerce Image Editing makes any such changes, you agree to be bound by any such revised Terms.
Copyright Notice
Ecommerce Image Editing is committed to protecting photographers' copyrights and expects users of the Service to do the same. Each image submitter is required by US law to own the right to, or to obtain permission to, use any image before the image is uploaded or printed at Ecommerce Image Editing. At Ecommerce Image Editing's discretion and in appropriate circumstances, Ecommerce Image Editing may terminate the accounts of users or prevent access to the Service by users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Refund & Return Policy
Ecommerce Image Editing returns the images to You via a public web address (e.g., URL). Although EIE utilizes means to make Your edited image available only to You, there are inherent security limitations in a public web address which EIE cannot and will not rectify and for which EIE will not be liable. You are able to retrieve your edited images by downloading them from Ecommerce Image Editing's website, and in addition EIE may permit retrieval through an FTP server, API or other mechanism. EIE offers different service pricing based on different requested delivery dates. Ecommerce Image Editing prioritizes its orders based on requested delivery dates and recognizes that EIE will have satisfied and returning customers if it meets the requested delivery dates. EIE will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Your image within the time frame requested, but EIE does not guarantee that an order will meet its requested delivery date. If the actual date EIE returns Your edited image is in a different delivery tier from the price You paid (e.g., You paid for 24 hour service but EIE returned the image within 72 hours), You may contact EIE through your account page, detail the date ordered, the requested delivery date and the date actually delivered, and EIE will refund any difference as if You had requested the delivery date in which EIE actually delivered the edited image. In rare instances, particularly large orders may surpass EIE’s processing capacity for a requested delivery date, in which case EIE will contact You to determine how best to restructure Your order.
This Agreement shall be effective from the date You submit an image to Ecommerce Image Editing until the date the returned image is deemed accepted, provided that EIE may terminate this Agreement at any time and will return the fees paid by You for any image that EIE has not edited and EIE may or may not in EIE’s sole discretion return fees paid for edited images not yet deemed accepted. Sections 3-9 of these Terms of Services, and any other provisions by their very nature, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
